New site for Microphoto
We’ve just completed a head-to-toe website redesign for Michigan based Photo-Chemical experts Microphoto. The web 2 design includes extensive SEO work, a quotation tracking system and content management system.
Microphoto, Inc., a metal parts manufacturing company, has been in business since 1965. Microphoto produces prototype, experimental, short-run, and low-volume production parts out of most metals, and have consistently earned quality and delivery ratings averaging over 99.9%. Their worldwide customer base is found in virtually every aspect of industry, including aerospace, medical, dental, military, electronics, alternative energy, automotive, and decorative. While the majority of their parts are manufactured using the photochemical machining (PCM) process (a burr-free, stress-free, strain-free process that can blank parts in any temper of material) Microphoto also supply parts produced by more conventional processes such as Stamping, Laser Cutting, and Wire EDM. Microphoto also provides secondary services such as Forming, Heat Treating, Plating, and Non-Destructive Testing.
Working closely with the Microphoto team we’ve given their previous site a completely new look that Microphoto staff can manage and update themselves. Initial customer response has been extremely favorable. Silicon Studio created the entire site and email response graphics as well as in-house macro photography of parts that Microphoto has made for their gallery. The brand identity, of which we designed in 2006, remained the same. Search Engine optimization was always high on Microphoto’s wish- list and we’ve undertaken extensive work in this area to raise their SE ranking.
