Here is how we start: Tell us your story and provide us with an overview of your website vision, your marketing requirements and other needs for your website. Please use our quote form if you find that easier.

Phase 1: (Develop the site)

• Discuss your target market, best design approach, functionality, framework and technologies.
• Provide you with a detailed quote covering scope, time-scales, costs and delivery.
• Deliver to you within 10 days a set of graphic designs which will look like the finished website, no pencil sketches!
• Upon execution of an agreement for the work presented, provide you with access to your own private Studio website so you can see your project develop in as it built.

Phase 2: (Produce the site)

• Begin to software code your site, create all graphics and media.
• Add some or all of your website content and test, test, test.

Phase 3: (Deliver the completed site)

• When we’re finished and you’re happy we then transfer your studio website to a LIVE domain for the world to see and you’ll receive administration documentation.

Typically a completed website timeline is executed between 21 days and 60 days depending on technical, creative and content requirements.

Follow up: If necessary, we will train your employees to use your new site, anywhere in the world, live and at your convenience, providing one-on-one or group training. We monitor search engine visibility and social connections to provide strategic and content adjustment advice where necessary during the early days following the launch of your website. Database-less (hard-coded) website design

Depending on the specific needs and best solutions for our clients, we occasionally design and build websites without an attached database.

In technical speak, sometimes hard-coded websites can be as technically advanced as some of our larger websites since we create them to the same current HTML5 and CSS3 web standards, combined with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON and Ajax. With the technology aside, your site’s users will not be able to tell the difference in the quality of the site and it’s user interface.

Aside from the increased data and social networking capabilities, hard-coded websites usually cost less to produce, are faster to code and are more suitable for fixed static websites or simply “coming soon” holding pages.
